Baseball enthusiast by day and entrepreneur by night, Mike leads the organization the same way he runs his business.  He understands this needs to be all about the players and is focused on making the Naturals a place where both great memories and great ball players are born.

Born into a baseball family, Trevor has over 30 consecutive years on a ball field.   He’s gone from Little League to high school, a 4-year letterman at Otterbein and  seven years as a high school coach in Westerville.  Married to a softball  player/coach and the father of two daughters, he’s spent the last six years as a  student of the game of softball.  Coupling his professional skills in management,  leadership, and organization, Trevor is excited to be part of a great organization and begin a new era, adding a new branch of the Naturals Family tree, Naturals Fast  Pitch. 

Tom grew up in the central Ohio area playing both basketball and baseball at Licking Heights High School. His youth sports coaching experience began 7 years ago coaching both softball and baseball in WYBSL. He has spent two years leading the 12U Naturals Black softball team and is currently coaching middle school softball at Genoa Middle School. His coaching philosophy focuses on developing from fundamental skills and providing the players a fun atmosphere to learn and grow.

Erin is a Westerville native and has played softball since she was 10 years old.  She started in WYBSL, played at Walnut Springs and for Westerville North while playing travel ball in the Summers.  Erin has coached at Westerville Central and Westerville North and is happy to be an assistant coach for the Naturals Softball program.  Erin has 3 daughters, loves the beach and loves to see the girls love for the game and passion grow. 

Tom is a graduate of Westerville North HS and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Ohio Dominican University with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. He worked as an auditor for 4 years and then worked at Abbott for 9 years in various finance roles. He is also a business owner since 2006. Naturally (pun intended), Tom enjoys the analytics of baseball too.
